of maturing. Researchers has found that glycerin in its pure state
may help people that have been diagnosed with psoriasis and
non-melanoma skin cancers as a result of abnormal proliferation and
maturation of skin cells. The researchers demonstrated that glycerin
(or glycerol) has made skin look and function better by helping skin
cells mature properly. Glycerin also decrease the amount of bad
bacteria such as Candida on the skin thereby improving acne and
pimples. Although glycerin does not cure any of the mentioned
